This chunky canvas bag is a cross between a large bag but more compact, a messenger bag but without a flap and a large bag. I like the top handle for getting it out of the car. I like the top zip for security. The colors are a mix of warm neutral tones. I like the long adjustable strap, over the shoulder or one shoulder. My stuff is about 14" x 12" and fits snugly but won't collapse at the bottom, and they shouldn't be too heavy when filled. My SP and I have been spending a lot of time in healthcare facilities lately, and a bag this size holds snacks, water, a coloring book or tablet, necessary documents, and a cell phone for the next round. Updated rating. After trying this bag a few times, I found a few small caveats. The bottom is quite wide, about 5 1/2 inches relative to its overall shape, and due to the lack of any solid reinforcement, the bag tends to self-fold when carrying only a few items. "The inner pocket took up valuable space when I wanted to carry large items and got rid of it. I'll keep my rating at 5 stars because there is so much more to love about this stylish and well-made bag.
