When we received the box, it was crumpled and had a hole in the end. The gear bag was missing. After contacting the company and sending photos, they sent us the equipment. As it was a present for our granddaughter we waited until the equipment arrived to assemble it so we could hide it more easily. When we assembled the toy box (looks really cute) we missed the sides of the toy box. In fact, they just weren't put in the box because they were too big to fall through the hole in the box. The company does not ship replacement parts. So. We're not tied to a three-sided Minnie Mouse toy box that we can't assemble. The toy box itself is adorable and seems solid if all the details were there.
