Supplied without hinge. My daughter contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send in the missing bow. We waited 4 weeks and nothing came. Contacted the manufacturer, they said oops it must have gotten lost in the mail and they don't have those parts anymore so we were unlucky. What a pathetic company!

My son LOVES MMCH! He likes to point out all the characters. The husband put it together and said it was a pretty easy process. Many toys fit in a box, but the smaller the toy, the better. If you have large toys, it's probably best not to buy them in a toy box. My son loves to stand on it and so far it's very sturdy and not easy to damage.

I really like this toy box. The quality of the characters and images is just perfect. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the inside hook. If you don't put it on, your child may pinch their fingers trying to reach something as the door moves too fast without them. But with a hook, the toy box does not close fully and does not open fully. On the other hand, if you put a hook, the door will move much slower, so you don't have to smack your finger here! This toy box is awful to assemble if you try to follow the instructions. I recommend loosely attaching the second side before attempting to fit the cover pins into the holes. Just leave enough room to insert the cover pins. This will make the process a lot easier. I tried to assemble it as written and ended up with the parts slipping and cutting each other.
