This toy box is awful to assemble if you try to follow the instructions. I recommend loosely attaching the second side before attempting to fit the cover pins into the holes. Just leave enough room to insert the cover pins. This will make the process a lot easier. I tried to assemble it as written and ended up with the parts slipping and cutting each other. The wooden pieces are easily damaged, but sending them back would be difficult, and luckily the damage was masked by the characters' back banner. Also the instructions for the hinges leave a lot to be desired as the holes don't line up and you have to tilt the screw for the bottom of the hinge and keep the screws at the top loose as well. The instructions are mostly pictures with a useless sentence, so maybe there isn't one. I had to look on Youtube to find out. Why give instructions when the customer has to go online to actually assemble the product?
