**Updated Post (September 2018): Sorry I have to update this negative review post. The replacement cooler that was provided to me earlier this year in March 2018 is now leaking from its main valve very consistently. My original cooler that needed replacing didn't make it at all. I've checked all the various valves and latches to make sure everything is tight but nothing seems to help. I'm willing to update this review again if it can be fixed as I still think this cooler is the best out there but right now more water is getting into my car than my body which is frustrating at best. Many Thanks. **Original post (March 2018): If I could give this product and company 10 stars, I would! I play a lot of beach volleyball in the triple digit Texas heat and this cooler is the only one I could find anywhere that is durable yet carries enough water for me without running out. I bought my original cooler in 2016 and it has been working great ever since. Recently, a cool box filled with water fell out of the back of my truck from a relatively large height. The only thing that was damaged was the top handle and to be honest it was entirely my fault and not the design of the cooler. I contacted support just to get a new handle and they responded very quickly! ADDITIONALLY, they sent me a free replacement for the entire cooler, not just the knobs. I cannot express how satisfied I am with both the product and the customer service! A 10-star rating could also apply here :)**
