This is a great new product. While I see another reviewer had leak issues, my water cooler works great. It actually came in a vacuum pack. They couldn't open the radiator until the vacuum inside was broken. So if he held the vacuum, who knows how long the water shouldn't leak out. The water stays colder longer than my old 2 gallon igloo cooler and the spout is truly unique. These are the two outstanding features of this pot. I've had this jug for almost 2 years now. The body and lid are well constructed and strong, with better insulation than most water jugs. The bottom is concave to minimize contact and heat transfer to the surface it sits on. Filled with ice, the contents easily keep cold for 2-3 days in warm weather. I didn't want to buy this until I knew it was 100% BPA free and safe to drink only cold water. , this was clearly stated and explained on Stanley's website. I took it apart, washed it (very lightly) and refilled it to check for water leaks. We love this camping and travel water jug! It's small enough to fit anywhere in the car but big enough to provide our family of 4 with ice cold water all day. It has rolled over many times while driving and has not yet dripped water. The spout is not a dainty little faucet. It is durable and well designed. It pours well and can quickly fill a glass. I can't say enough good things about this jug. I think it's a little more expensive but it's way better than other gallon jugs I've had. The pressure valve is excellent and fills the glass quickly. I haven't noticed any leaks from the valve or top. If you don't open the release valve at the top of the cap, the flow will start first and then create a vacuum that completely prevents dispensing. Leaks 100% of the time when there is water in it. The valve spring is too weak and the snap will disappear immediately. Stanley's website hasn't been working with iPhone/Safari for many months so I haven't been able to get an answer from anyone. I bought a $15 stainless steel faucet to replace a constantly leaking faucet, but it cracked in the jug due to the lack of wall insulation in that area of the jug. **Updated Post (September 2018): Sorry I have to update this negative review post. The replacement cooler that was provided to me earlier this year in March 2018 is now leaking from its main valve very consistently. My original cooler that needed replacing didn't make it at all. I've checked all the various valves and latches to make sure everything is tight but nothing seems to help. I'm willing to update this review again if it can be fixed as I still think this cooler is the best out there…
