Review on Stanley Insulated Water Jug - 1 Gallon and 2 Gallon Sizes, Durable and Thermal by Casey Narcisse

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Large Water Can

I'm on a water-heavy diet and I'm fed up with empty water bottles strewn all over my car. After reading several reviews I decided on this water jug. I was a little worried that the jug was leaking but that didn't turn out to be true to me. I tightened the water dispenser before filling and had no problems. The only thing I didn't expect was how heavy the container would be and the need to support the container to fit the blender bottle under the spout. Otherwise it's great. Instead of spending more money on bottled water, I spend 60 cents to fill a pitcher. I reckon it will take many weeks to amortize, but I find a jug is useful for more than just water in a car. I took it to meetings and it was a reserve when we ran out of 5 gallon water bottles at home. It was cold so I didn't test its ability to keep water cold, but there is video showing it keeps the temperature very well. Update: After a few months of use, the jug started leaking again. It's easy to fix, pour out the water and tighten the screw inside, but it was a little annoying when it happened.
