The corner protector holds the corner pretty well and is also soft enough on the edge to avoid hurting my son. However, a roll of duct tape is a different story! I put the tape on a different corner and different places in the house but the glue didn't hold the tape in place after about 3 days and started falling off. I checked the tape and found that the glue was separating from the plastic itself which is very bad when my son gets it and eats the glue. I would only recommend the plastic corner protectors from this product, not the roll of tape. Therefore, I would generally not recommend this product. Pros: The corner protection is pretty good, no sharp edges, and strong adhesion. Cons: The roll of tape falls off after a few days. The adhesive separates from the tape and is dangerous for children.
