Good picture quality. Everything else is absolute shit. Big disappointment.

Pros: - Picture quality is good but nothing to blow your mind. - Slim bezel looks good. Cons: - The TV isn't very bright and has a lot of glare, so not good for daytime viewing. - The smart interface software is so bad that it crashes and freezes daily. - Voice control for the remote doesn't even work as one would expect, for example: entering search queries on AppleTV doesn't work with voice input. - The remote control has no backlight, the buttons have no special features and some buttons are completely useless. For example: There is no TV settings button to go to TV settings, just press the home button and then left click SIX TIMES, I skip ads every time, but I have a completely useless multicolored Enter key and an Ambient Mode key, both of which I will never use. - The advertisement that appears when you press the home button is permanent. This is so annoying, why did I PAID to watch adverts every time I use my TV? - The inputs on the back cannot be used if you wall mount the TV unless you remove the TV from the wall, even with the USB inputs, one of the HDMI ports even faces the wall, ie I can't even connect that to anything. That is, if I don't buy a 90 degree HDMI cable. To be honest I didn't expect a TV designed in 2020 is that bad. By far the worst "con" is that the smart interface crashes, freezes and updates regularly. I really hope this is just because this is a brand new TV but even if that gets fixed I would still only give this TV a 3/5. However, I am seriously considering returning this item because it is so frustrating.
