Review on ActInVision by John Murphy
Easy to learn and navigate for anyone looking into improving their current HR software
I like that it is easy enough so we can use without any training or experience in using this product; however if you do have some knowledge with other programs such as Excel then there are tutorials online which will help guide your way through getting started! It's not very intuitive at first but once figured out its great!! We've been able solve many problems within our organization including tracking attendance/absences from employees who work remotely across multiple time zones (which was something previously impossible).
Pros
- Easy to navigate
- Multiple ways for data entry into various fields.
- Very user friendly interface, even basic users should be fine learning how everything works easily by just looking around briefly before starting their tasks.
- No need complex coding skills required
- Lots more features than most spreadsheet software used today
