The ability to have all of my information in one place. It's very easy to access, and I can easily keep up with everything that is going on in my business. I like how it integrates with other platforms such as Google Drive, which makes communication easier for me. I wish there was more options for different types of reports. I would also like to be able to add fields to the report or change the layout.
