I have to start by saying my son loves these boots and will wear them every day if I let him. HOWEVER, and they're big enough to warrant all caps, the zippers on either boot just don't stay in place. He used to come home from school like this at first and I thought he put his boots on and forgot to tie them. But even if I buckled my boots myself, they wouldn't buckle for a maximum of an hour. Next thing I know he's trudging through rain and snow with his shoes open. This defeats the whole purpose of winter boots. This was said within a week of receiving the boots but by then he had worn them so many times that I was embarrassed to return them. Now after 6 weeks they are unusable.
