This is great support for your wrist. We used a bandage and it's big and bulky and it's hard for my daughter to roll around in it. She has injured her wrist several times and therefore needs extra support. It's easy to put on, machine washable, holds securely and can be used with either hand. It's well made and fits well and snugly, but not tight enough to cut off circulation. It is great.
