Review on Q.wiki by Ken Hamdan

I like that it has links for everything we need (from employee info/benefits package information). We use this as an internal tool within our organization - but have not used outside clients yet so cannot comment about any issues with other customers using qwikiservices or anything else provided by them. The customer service from their site was terrible which did put us off at first when trying out one specific product they offered. Good idea overall though could be improved if possible without having too many options available due to lack of knowledge base around what products are suitable where etc. Use mainly internally only now starting small business market trial also providing services for others who would otherwise struggle through online documentation alone e.g elderly parents unable easily navigate website themselves etc.
