Review on Zassenhaus Frankfurt Olive Ceramic Pepper by Erik Barela

Zassenhaus seems to think it's a good idea to top up their salt and pepper grinders with a few grains of pepper and salt prefill and then grind them into a bite. This means that upon arrival there are really old spice residues stuck in the grinder and ceramic grinder which is really disgusting. I've tried cleaning and rinsing them, but the olive wood version is very susceptible to water - the glue in the wood immediately started to ooze out, leaving large gaps on the outside where the wood was glued. For the price I would have expected more. Send these back.
