Review on 🚿 Moen R8724P Home Care Bathroom Safety 24-Inch Grab Bar: Secure Grip with Concealed Screws and Peened Texture by Billy Berry

Added this pole and its 12 inch counterpart to the bath/shower in the guest bathroom when we needed to use this facility for a couple of weeks. Until I installed it, I, the contractor (who did other chores) who did it, used my percussion tool to do it. He used his own piece of tile, but they are readily available at "big box" stores. So I could do it myself but got lazy. Pretty simple build. Find the studs (the hardest part), drill holes in the faux marble and drywall, and drive in the screws (nice, long, and strong). I will say, when trying to decide what length to get for 16" OC cleats, I said a few words to myself about the fact that there is no 16" bar (that I've found in this style ) for leveling. However mounted at an angle (lower end at the back of the tub and upper end at the end of the faucet/shower) with 2 knobs. It worked really well for a bunch of oldies to feel safer (the 'polished' rough surface helps), go in and out and shower there.
