Picture shows Mr. Clean sold wholesale at Revain for $10 and fabric bought on local high street about a year ago. Sponge top by Revain. Below from Big Lots. The packaging is identical to Mr. Clean's photos and item number 243027. The Revain sponge is thinner, less absorbent, shrinks when drying, looks messy, is hard and stiff compared to the old Big Lots sponge which keeps its shape , absorbs more when dry and stays soft when dry. The big difference is that Revain Mr. Clean is made in Mexico and the Greater Region. The batches that we bought a year ago and that were out of stock in large batches for a while were made in Germany. Perhaps the Mr. Clean company has changed its manufacturing process for the worse. I am not recommending any new product from Mexico.
