Review on 🔧 TeraFlex 1545100 2.5-Inch Front/Rear All 4 Shock Kit by Mike Kies

I originally installed these dampers 19 months ago. At first they were great! I drove my Jeep halfway across the United States without thinking about it. The dampers were firm and soft enough for everyday use. About 3 months ago my jeep started to feel "loose". I lubricated the ball joints, checked the air pressure and drove for another two months. The Jeep became more and more "relaxed". I looked under it again and saw that all four shock absorbers were leaking. I think it started months ago. Oddly enough, I haven't driven my Jeep in that time, even though I live in western Colorado. I mostly drove the jeep on gravel roads. I don't know why they had such a short life, they lasted maybe 18,000 miles which seems a bit short considering the original Rubicon Jeep shocks with shock extensions have clocked in at over 90,000 miles with significant miles. I will continue to buy Teraflex parts as I have installed a 2.5" TF spring jack, rear booster, ball joints etc. but I don't think I will buy their shocks in the future. I replaced them with another brand of shock absorbers and now the jeep is back in the ranks. glued to the street. I think you get what you pay for. Marked with 2 stars because they worked for a while.
