Review on 🍊 Orange Neon Soft Harness - Size L by Amber Thompson

I ordered a large harness based on my previous order of a Puppia harness for my dog. The big one I got seems to be a whole size smaller. It's too comfortable for my dog and barely fits on his head. I had to loosen the chest strap to its weakest level and it still felt a little tight. I don't know what happened to Puppia, but this pendant is far from the size of the previous one. I wanted to return it, but this seller charges a 15% restocking fee. Instead I gave them to the local dog rescue. Pros: great color, breathability, good quality. Cons: Sizing doesn't seem to be the same as previous straps, seller charges a restocking fee if strap doesn't fit.
