Great unit but I must have a broken one
Doesn't look hot swappable. Check the BIOS and other settings to ensure the SATA ports are configured for hot-swapping and set up perfectly. works for Dell Inspiron 3650 Desktop but it only works if I insert a disc before boot. If I remove the disc while the computer is on, this unit stops working. I also tested it on 2 other computers with the same results. The support was very good, but the problem remains unresolved. exchange somehow.
