The printer prints pink and I called support to resolve the issue. The tech support woman tried to help me solve the problem. After an hour on the phone she gave up and said I had to call her tech support department. I thought she was tech support. But she said she couldn't help with that and I had to call another company to help. That's why she gave me the phone number and hung up so quickly. However, the phone number she gave me doesn't work at all. It was so ridiculous! So I called Revane not expecting to complain about this issue. But that's why I like to buy from Amazon. Your customer service is excellent. The representative was aware of the issue and understood my situation. He said I could return the defective printer and he would send me a new printer. The print quality of the new printer is better than that of its predecessor. However, I would not buy from this manufacturer/company again due to the terrible customer service and poor product.
