Love this mat for Home Brewing & Winemaking
In winter when I'm at work I keep the house pretty cold which isn't great for making kombucha. For a few weeks my beers came out pretty bad if I brewed them at around 64 degrees all day. That can help a lot! I love that it's fully adjustable. Simply purchase additional thermometer strips so you can monitor the temperature of your drink.
