Practical dispenser for paper towels

You may need pliers or a mini ratchet, a Phillips screwdriver and a drill for installation. The bottom edges are too sharp and tear the paper when you pull down. I also had to use a file and sandpaper to smooth those 2 edges. It's black, not gray like the picture, but it's ok for me.
