Faulty device in Portable Audio & Video
We've only had the device for about a week and it worked flawlessly on mains. We then put (brand new) batteries in it so we could carry it from room to room. Little did we know the car spent hours melting the batteries, my young son touched the leaking battery fluid and we ended up in the emergency room where he burned fingers on his lips. Revain picked up the car with no problem, but Tyler never responded to my message as to why that might have happened. Very disappointed and upset.
