C+ product. Cheap drill that burns through on first use and needs re-sharpening

When attempting to open up an existing hole with the drill bit provided it just burned out (required total drilling distance 3/4""), only 5/8 the way there and after repeated sharpening the drill blade just didn't work. I had to cut a few turns off the HeliCoil to get it all the way into the hole. Nice kit, great box, looks good, the drill SUCKS so I'm planning on getting a good quality drill to complement this kit
