Does Norelco Phillips stand behind its product?
On September 28th the spring holding the rotating blade fell out, I found it on the ground, put it back together and started using it again today, two days after I was able to return this item fell apart again. Although I believe this is a coincidence, I still think something needs to be done as this product is defective.
