Very disappointed as it doesn't cut as well as the old shaving head it replaced. It's almost as if the production of the batch it came from was off by a millimeter. So disappointing that I can just buy a brand new razor that I'm sure the Philips Noreclo will love.

On September 28th the spring holding the rotating blade fell out, I found it on the ground, put it back together and started using it again today, two days after I was able to return this item fell apart again. Although I believe this is a coincidence, I still think something needs to be done as this product is defective.

I have been using this Norelco razor for many years and change the RQ11 heads every 9-12 months. Those heads were terrible. They were painful to use and did a poor job of shaving. It seemed to me that my face was treated with a grinder, and not with blades. I ordered another set of RQ11 sockets from a non-Revain supplier. I hope they are real.

These heads look no sharper than my old blades that are over a year old. They tend to tug at my mustache which is more painful than using my old blades. Disappointing!

Fast delivery. Good value for money. Completely changed my shaving experience. I forgot how close a shave can be with new blades. Highly recommended if you need new blades to get genuine Norelco blades.

After 6 months of use, heads have been slipping out of the shaver for 6 months when shaving at a certain angle. Cracked head gasket. What happened to quality control, Philips? Are people in the Netherlands getting lazy and sloppy, or are they using cheap Chinese labor to manufacture spare parts?

I used to buy a Phillips head from the Phillips website but wanted to try Revain and this one is really bad. It doesn't work at all, pulls and rips out hairs instead of shaving them off. It's way too long than usual and it hurts so much to use that head. There is no return or refund policy. I wish I had bought it directly from Philips. Do not buy these products from Revain.

The shaving head has a dull feel instead of smooth like the previous one. I will use it but it shaves just as smoothly as the original.
