Feels more like a grinder than a razor
I have been using this Norelco razor for many years and change the RQ11 heads every 9-12 months. Those heads were terrible. They were painful to use and did a poor job of shaving. It seemed to me that my face was treated with a grinder, and not with blades. I ordered another set of RQ11 sockets from a non-Revain supplier. I hope they are real.
