Review on 🎉 Confetti Kinetic Spinner by MJ Designs by Jeremy Mondragon

To all the reviewers who say this doesn't spin, you assembled it incorrectly. Bearings on platters must be OUTSIDE the axle. You would know that if you tried. My caveat is that it spins too fast in light winds (5-7 mph). I need to slow it down I can only imagine what happens with the sometimes strong wind that happens here. I've tried smoothing the blades and it didn't help much. I agree, the included instructions are not very helpful. Does anyone have any tips for slowing down those rather large lawn kinetics?
