Constantly arrives crushed
I do like this product. My cats like it. My problem is that it is always packaged shoved any which way in a box of heavier items so that it arrives crushed. I use as treats for my cats so prefer it to arrive properly packaged with pellets whole and undamaged. I don't return as I sprinkle the powdered particles on their food. When I order separately they ship it in a soft pack envelope, not a box, so same result. Quite pricey for crushed snacks. I get bottled vitamins shipped in a box, so why can't I get this product shipped the same way.
