Having used Brita jugs for many years I was skeptical, but the fact that this is an American family business seduced me. and I'm not disappointed in anything. The filter is easy to install. The design and appearance of the jug is easy to use and beautiful. Love the pure white! Filer is faster than Brita filter. There's even a handy reminder at the top of when to expect a filter change. Overall a delightful pitcher to look and feel AND THE TASTE OF WATER IS GREAT!
