I never write reviews! However, I researched robot vacuum cleaners for over a month and it was a difficult decision as the reviews were all mediocre to poor. I love my Neato robot vacuum! I love coming home to mop floors and vacuum carpets! The app is great and while I'm at work it sends me updates on when he's finished cleaning and a map of where he's cleaned. He's such a smart little bot! Yes the dust bin could be bigger but I clean it 3 times a week or more so the dust bin is not full now. He climbs easily on carpets or high carpets in front of the front door. It's not the quietest of a turbo, but I'd rather know it's powerful! I love this tool! I have 2 dogs so it's nice when he sucks on dog hair while I'm at work! Hope that helps!
