The bristles fall out in the mouth!

My son's bristles fell out while brushing his teeth! We thought it was just coincidence and a toothbrush head so we threw it out and swapped it out but then the next one did the same! We're in the third set, so there's still a chance. but this time I'm not very optimistic. We basically only need one brush head while I order a new brand. This is very bad because they were beautiful and easy to put on. :(
