No way it can work in hotter places.
I gave it 5 stars because it agrees with what the seller said. However, that doesn't work for us in the southern United States. Those 2 little fans just can't keep the back seat cool. I used it in 80 degree weather and didn't even feel it. Soon it will reach almost 100 when it can't work at 80 degrees.
