Review on Tbest Multifunctional Scabbard Accessory Flashlight by Ted Slaughter

I don't know what it could be a tool for? Definitely not a tactical weapon or anything like that. It doesn't match any of the holes I need because I figured I had so many holes I was pretty wide. I think I really need to start reading the fine print. I mean oh my god this thing isn't appropriate or anything! Only about an inch and a half wide, don't know what it's for, maybe a toothbrush?
