The ease of use for new users is one thing I appreciate about this program! It's very intuitive which saves me time training my employees as well!! There isn't anything that you dislike? If there were any complaints it would be more options within each category (i'm referring specifically towards "customer service" - but maybe they've fixed these issues since we first used them). For our business needs at work where customers come into store frequently or call us via phone number given by customer-service reps., having access from anywhere helps immensely when working remotely/on vacation etc.. Also using netKiosks online chat feature has been helpful sometimes if not answered quickly enough through email contact method.- Easy setup process; no additional costs compared to other programs like Salesforce CRM system available out market-. Very easy integration between sales force & KI.
