Too big, 10 inches not 9 inches. Packaged Arrived Opened and scattered in shipping box 🥺

I bought 2 new Wilton 9" pans, they were 10", luckily I also took the 8" packet so they fit. That too Cellophane was open and the parchment circles were all over the box, not hygienic at all so couldn't use it.Love this concept but it's useless if it's too big and messy.
