Wow terrible product First of all it's not generic by any means. You need to install on a smaller pipe and can only install in one direction. I had to make my own mount. Still does not work. There is not enough force to turn the knob. It's absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the headache. Second, you don't have to worry about sending messages to customer support. They tell you that the product is from China and there is no after-sales service. They tell you there's no turning back. They tell you to contact Revain if you have a problem.
