Product gets 4 stars, customer service gets 5 stars. The regulator worked well and withstood 40psi for several weeks until the cold snap hit Florida. Then the gauge started giving erroneous readings in the 50-60 psi range. Then we had another cold snap and he showed 60-65 psi. No pressure difference can be felt from the tap. Put another regulator in front of it and still read 65psi, giving an incorrect reading. Removed the regulator and the gauge showed 23psi with no connection, all is clear now. I emailed Coziard and they sent a replacement within a few days. The new regulator has been holding 40psi consistently for several weeks now. However we are now experiencing a record heatwave in February so no cold snap to see if the problem returns. Product feels and looks well built, customer service was excellent, time will tell.
