Doesn't support second device

It fit my first laptop perfectly and the quality was good! However, when you try to switch it to another laptop after a month of the same make, model and year, it failed to connect. I contacted the company's support team and they sent me the same instructions as for the camera, but that didn't solve the problem. Now it's a paperweight.
