Media could not be loaded. That's good design. I ordered it for the first time and it was good. The second time I had to send it back because it was bent with another item in the package. Now for the 3rd time I'm sending it back because it was creased and came in a package with something else. Not only that, the back of the 3rd didn't match the 1st I received which I kept. This is shown in the picture and video. Like it was melted or used for something else by someone who brought it back and sent it to me. Give instructions to the seller, do not bend the packaging. They must not be sent in a package with other orders. I also don't know why they stuffed it in my small mailbox that doesn't fit when I have holidays at my door or back door.
