I received mine about 2 hours ago and I had the same problem that many have complained about. less than 5 minutes later I finished turning on the screen. Just to start, this isn't the first time I've replaced a device's screen, but this is the first time I've contacted this company. My bezel was in great shape. I removed all broken glass, cleaned and removed the glue. But once I started to slow down I went around all the edges to make it stick. started to crack NO POWER AT ALL! . Now I have cracks on the home button and the right side of the iPad. I will not buy this model again. I go to the one that has the best reviews and the best quality for $5 more. I think I'll accept the loss and learn my lesson!
