The team at SPS are very knowledgeable in our industry as well as they have great people skills to help with any issue that we may be having during implementation or ongoing use of this product! They also offer excellent customer service after hours if something comes up unexpectedly (like an outage).
I wish there was more training available for how best utilize all aspects of SPG's solution but overall it has been helpful so far - especially when you need support outside business hour services!! We've helped streamline existing manual data entry into one central system which helps us provide better reporting across multiple teams within my organization.
