There are many such suitcases, there is not much to say about them. It's solid and looks good, but I wouldn't expect much durability from it, and that's okay. I chose this on purpose as the case fully encloses the iPad and has a slightly raised lip to protect the screen. On the outside, it's some sort of cloth-like material that's nice and looks good. Unlike most similar cases, the material extends to the back of the case which is very nice.
