As a creative person who enjoys making things, I couldn't wait to use the FolkArt online store for my next venture. Unfortunately, dealing with the company was a terrible experience for me. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating their website and ultimately ended up spending more time than necessary hunting for the items I needed. When I did find what I was looking for, I was taken aback by the costs; they were double or triple what I usually paid at other stores. In addition, it was disheartening to discover that several of the things in my shipment had been damaged during shipping. Their customer service was nasty and unhelpful when I called to get a replacement. My time spent shopping through FolkArt's website was generally stressful and unpleasant. I will not be returning to them for any other purchases or service.
