I have a hard time giving 4 or 5 stars but overall it's well made. clear instructions. Continuous. Painted well. Looks good. Color pictures of installation and delivery WITH EQUIPMENT. I had 2 small complaints. one now. The plate holding the wheel came loose at the factory because all 4 torx bolts (sprocket) were loose causing my wheel to bounce. It got worse overnight. I bought the part I needed to tighten it and the problem was gone. A little dismayed to have to do this. But it's okay, the seat cushions fall out. There's no way around it. I can see they are already getting flat. Those are my only two minor complaints. Now the adjustment is great, the durability is great, the cost is not the cheapest, not the most expensive, there are certainly many cheaper ones, but this is probably the best chair in this price range. I assembled it and played it in less than an hour. I recommend this based on the good reviews here for cheaper alternatives and the very bad for the cheaper ones. Enjoy, hope this helps
