I bought it to replace the Dyson V8 at the pre-order level on indiegogo, so I compare it mainly with Dyson. Their capacities are "by eye" the same, although the power of the T20 is declared one and a half times higher. I liked that the hair does not curl on the nozzle (in Dyson it was very infuriating). The container is very inconvenient compared to Dyson, the engine does not extend when you open it and you have to climb inside with your hands, get it out if something is caught. But these were all trifles, which, in general, were justified by the price. Used for a year, bought a second battery a year later. When I changed the battery once (I just inserted a replacement one), one of the two "ears" for fastening flew off the case. Not fatal, but if the second one flew off, then the battery would simply stop holding on. It cannot be fixed (only by changing the entire case). But that was not all, one day he fell (he was leaning against the wall and slid down to the wooden floor!). And that was the end - a small eye cracked, for which the engine is attached to the front. Vacuum cleaner in the trash. There are two problems: the fragile low-quality plastic of the case and the absolutely ill-conceived design of the fasteners (either one or the other): the dimensions of the fastening parts are simply ridiculous, even the titanium alloy would not have saved it. Needless to say, I've had my Dyson crash countless times over the past 3 years. I do not recommend buying, except for advertising and purchased reviews, there is not much to offer.
