The bag is pretty and came in good condition. However, when I tried to unzip the inner zip, the ball broke! The zipper still works well, just a little harder to open. Which doesn't bother me too much as this bag will most likely be used for "women's emergency supplies". /Maybe a SMALL phone. My Galaxy S21 with a case (no plus) barely fit so I couldn't fit anything in it except a card or cash (my old S8 without a case would probably fit just fine). I'm keeping it because it's super cute and could come in handy for a special night out or whatever, but I need something extra to hold my cards, keys, phone and sunglasses.
