Is it REALLY fire glass?

After using their clear fire glass three times it became black/burnt when regular fire glass is not supposed to burn. we are using propane which it says it works fine with.

Great price, looks amazing, and fills our fire pit perfectly!

Cons

This glass was very rough and not pretty. I returned it.
