Do not waste your time or money on this product unless you want black glass. The wife is pretty upset at me now that the blue glass pieces are all black. I rinsed and glass pieces before using them and they sparkled beautifully until I turned on our gas fire pit. As soon as the fire started, any blue glass that came in contact with fire immediately turned black. This is not the high quality that it is advertised to be. The crushed glass came in a 10lb plastic bag. There was a lot of white glass dust on the item. Unfortunately I didn't wash the dust off first and the dust particles caused my fame to go out within 10 minutes. Not once but three times. After looking on the internet for an answer I took all the crushed glass out, washed it with soapy water, let it dry, wiped out the pit and replaced the crushed glass. After using their clear fire glass three times it became black/burnt when regular fire glass is not supposed to burn. we are using propane which it says it works fine with.

There was a lot of white glass dust on them. I washed them and let them dry, but they are still some white.Not as pictured. May not be compatible with certain types of fire pits or gas log sets, requiring the purchase of additional accessories.

To add warmth and a colorful contrast in my fire pit, I added about 7lbs of the turquoise glass on top of my original clear white glass. I’m very pleased with the effect. The glass does a nice job of reflecting light from the flames (unlike rock).

They look amazing! And one bag was more then enough for my firepit (please look at your firepit manual to see the recommended weight)And please make sure you wash the rocks before putting them in your pit.

I thought these would be more transparent. You can’t even tell they are cobalt blue when the fire is going. Looks like black rocks in there. Very disappointing.

These rocks are to dark to be light amber .Not even close to what the picture is!I bought 3 orders of it, so it wasn’t a bad batch no these are clearly not even close I went out and bought another companies glass.

I was hoping this would match glass already in my firepit. However this glass is LARGE - more like rock size pieces. I would have preferred the smaller pieces as the fire "dances" off of them.

Glass melted in our fire pit. Maybe I read the description wrong… I don’t know. I thought it would be good for this purpose. Guess not…. Do not recommend for propane fire. Pretty glass though. Would be nice as a decor filler…. Not associated with fire.
